By accessing our website or enrolling on any course delivered by Greystone Vocational Training Centre ("Greystone", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling or making any payment.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services or website.
Greystone Vocational Training Centre provides nationally recognised vocational qualifications and training programmes across the UK, including but not limited to:

To enrol on a course, you must:
We reserve the right to refuse enrolment or withdraw a learner from a programme if eligibility criteria are not met or if information provided at registration is found to be inaccurate.
Course fees are as published at the time of enrolment. Fees must be paid in full prior to commencement of study unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.
We accept payment by bank transfer, debit/credit card, or invoice (for organisations). All payments are processed securely. We do not store card details.
Fees are non-refundable once access to learning materials has been granted, except where required by law or as set out in our Refund Policy below.
You may cancel your enrolment within 14 days of payment, provided you have not accessed the online learning platform or any course materials. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 14 working days.
After 14 days, or once learning materials have been accessed, fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to complete a course due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us, we will consider requests for a deferral on a case-by-case basis.
Greystone reserves the right to cancel a course or programme. In such cases, learners will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative course.
As a learner on one of our programmes, you agree to:
Any form of academic misconduct (including plagiarism, collusion or misrepresentation) may result in withdrawal from the programme and referral to the awarding body.
All course materials, content and resources provided by Greystone Vocational Training Centre are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Greystone or its licensors.
You may use course materials solely for your personal learning. You may not reproduce, distribute, share or publish any materials without our prior written consent.
Access to our online learning platform (LMS) is granted upon enrolment and payment. Your login credentials are personal and must not be shared with others.
We aim to maintain platform availability at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
Greystone Vocational Training Centre's liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the relevant course.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss arising from use of our services, including loss of earnings or employment opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with the date of last update. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
